Software License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY INSTALLING OR USING  THIS SOFTWARE, YOU INDICATE ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS SOFTWARE.

This agreement is made between K2TOR.COM and you, the customer, (hereafter referred to as "Licensee"). For the purpose of this agreement, the purchased or downloaded computer software program(s) and supporting documentation will be referred to as the "Software".

SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. K2TOR.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

Licensee acknowledges that no title to Software is transferred by this License, and that Licensee may retain possession of Software only by complying with the terms herein. With prior consent from K2TOR.COM, a Licensee may transfer all its rights under this License, provided the Licensee retains no copies of the Product, including documentation and the Transferee accepts any applicable obligations under this License.

License. The enclosed Software is licensed, not sold, to Licensee. K2TOR.COM reserves any rights not expressly granted to Licensee.

Use. This License allows Licensee: (1) To install and use EDU version of the Software with no fees. (2) To install PRO version of the Software only on the single computer to which the Software was licensed after purchasing the license from K2TOR.com.   

Trial Use. A registered user may use the restricted version of the Software during a test period of 30 days. After expiration of the test period Licensee is obligated to remove the Software from the computer the Software was licensed.

Licensee agrees to reproduce K2TOR.COM's copyright, trade secret and proprietary notices on all copies of the Software. Documentation may not be copied by Licensee.

Use the Software with intent of testing. The License allows the Licensee to use the version of the Software for testers.  The License allows testers to install and use the test version of the Software for unlimited period of time for non-commercial purpose only. You can copy and distribute test version of he Software for free if you agree to reproduce K2TOR.COM's copyrights on all copies you make.

Licensee is prohibited to use the Software with the purpose to make a profit from the third parties to whom the Software was not licensed.

This agreement contains the total agreement between the two parties and supersedes any other agreements, written, oral, expressed or implied.
